Returns & Refunds Policy

At JK Organics, we strive for customer satisfaction. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
- Products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Items returned after 7 days
- Products damaged due to misuse
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and your order number
A replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds are issued via:
- M-Pesa
- Store credit (where applicable)
⚠️ Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for unopened items within 7 days
- Subject to product availability
5. Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
